1. Who we are. Founder Wallet ("the Service") is operated by Filip Mroczkowski, Konarzycze, Poland, f.mroczkowski@icloud.com. By creating an account and paying, you accept these Terms.
2. The Service. A web app for budgeting and cash-flow planning for founders: transactions, budgets, subscription tracking, charts, forecasts and what-if scenarios. You need a modern browser and an internet connection.
3. Price and access. Access is a one-time payment of 6 USDC. After payment you get lifetime access for as long as the Service is offered. Prices may change for new customers; they never change retroactively for you.
4. Crypto payments. To pay with crypto, send exactly 6 USDC on Solana to the address shown in the app, then submit your transaction hash. We verify the payment manually and unlock your account, normally within 24 hours (it can take longer). You pay the network fee. Payments sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or underpaid may not be recoverable; contact us and we will try to help.
5. Your account and data. You are responsible for your login and for the accuracy of what you enter. You own your data. We store it only to run the Service and delete it on request.
6. Refunds and withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By requesting immediate access to the digital Service you agree that access starts right away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. Separately, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: email us within that time and we will refund you (the same USDC amount minus network fees).
7. Not financial advice. The Service is a planning tool. Forecasts, runway and scenarios are estimates based on the data you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
8. Acceptable use. Do not abuse, resell, reverse-engineer or attack the Service, or share your account.
9. Availability and changes. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features. If we ever shut the Service down, we will give at least 60 days notice and let you export your data.
10. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Complaints. Email f.mroczkowski@icloud.com. We reply within 14 days.
12. Law. These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
13. Changes. We will notify users of material changes by email and by updating the version above.
